Coffered ceilings, walls of glass, room to breathe.
This is not another glass box. Set inside a 1929 Art Deco landmark, this two-bedroom South Loop condo pairs original-era character with the open, light-filled feel of a true Chicago loft.
Sculptural coffered ceilings run across the main living space, framed by expansive west- and north-facing windows that pull the downtown skyline right into the room. Warm hardwood floors, an open living and dining plan and a crisp white kitchen make it as easy to live in as it is to entertain.

Willis Tower, framed in your window.
Facing west and north toward the Loop, the home looks straight up Chicago’s skyline — Willis Tower by day, glowing towers by night, and sunsets that fill the whole room.
Your own garden above the city.
A private roof deck with planted garden beds, open-air lounging and a sweeping view of the Chicago skyline.
Morning coffee among the flowers, dinner under the lights of the Loop, summer evenings watching the sun drop behind the towers. Outdoor space like this is rare anywhere in downtown Chicago — and almost unheard of at this price.

A piece of Chicago’s Film Row.
Built in 1929 as the Warner Brothers Film Exchange, 1307 S Wabash stood on the stretch of the South Loop known as Film Row — where Hollywood studios once shipped their reels out to movie houses across the Midwest.
In 1999 the building was redeveloped into residential lofts, keeping the Deco spirit and solid construction of the original while adding modern living. Today the Film Exchange Lofts offer something new construction simply can’t: genuine history, with a story to match.

McDonald’s Park, the new home of Chicago Fire FC
The Chicago Fire broke ground in March 2026 on a privately funded, roughly 22,000-seat stadium designed by Gensler at The 78, the riverfront development between Roosevelt Road and 16th Street. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk west of home.
The artist’s concept here shows roughly where the stadium will sit beyond the treetops in the view from the balcony. Match nights, concerts and a new riverfront neighborhood, all within walking distance.
